Location: Old Age Homes & Camp Sites (Urban & Rural)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call

Scope of Work:
  • Assist elderly residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility support)
  • Support during medical checkups and therapy sessions
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and order in rooms and common areas
  • Assist in meal service, room arrangements, and personal care routines
  • Offer emotional support and companionship
  • Follow instructions from medical staff and supervisors
Eligibility & Requirements:
  • Minimum 10th Pass + Certified Elderly Caregiver Training
  • Experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred
  • Physically fit, emotionally stable, and compassionate
  • Ability to work with patience and respect

2. Supervisors (Male & Female)

Vacancies: 10
Location: Old Age Homes / Workshops / Camps
Type: Full-Time

Scope of Work:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of attendants and volunteers
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, discipline, and safety across the facility or event site
  • Manage schedules for health checkups, recreational activities, and guest sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness standards and monitor resident welfare
  • Report incidents and escalate concerns to management promptly
Eligibility & Requirements:
  • 12th Pass or Graduate + Certified in Geriatric Care / Healthcare Supervision
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, hospitality, or NGOs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with empathy and efficiency

3. Managers / Project Coordinators

Vacancies: 5
Location: Regional Offices / Old Age Homes / Project Sites
Type: Full-Time

Scope of Work:
  • Manage overall operations at old age homes and camps
  • Lead the planning and execution of senior citizen awareness camps and outreach events
  • Coordinate with doctors, legal advisors, government officials, and local stakeholders
  • Handle reporting, budgeting, logistics, procurement, and compliance
  • Oversee staff training, recruitment, and performance
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and community engagement
Eligibility & Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate + Certified in NGO Management / Geriatric Social Work / Project Coordination
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in community services, old age care, or NGOs
  • Strong team management, communication, and planning skills
  • Proficient in reporting, documentation, and digital tools
