Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Donations made to Millennium Manav Sewa Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors during payment
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date with valid payment details.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Utilization of Funds
- Donations and contributions shall be applied toward Senior Citizen Awareness Programs and Cow Service Camps.
- Any surplus funds, if available, shall be redirected toward supporting elderly needy persons and the feeding and care of cows.
8. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 (two) days of the donation along with valid proof of deduction.
- The Trust shall respond within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the request.
- Processing time for refunds shall depend upon the payment method used.
- If an official receipt has been issued, the original receipt must be returned prior to refund processing.
- Refunds shall not be permitted once a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
- International donations may require additional processing time.
9. Legal Compliance & Disclosure
- Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Trust and its stakeholders.
10. Data Retention
