  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 (two) days of the donation along with valid proof of deduction.
  • The Trust shall respond within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the request.
  • Processing time for refunds shall depend upon the payment method used.
  • If an official receipt has been issued, the original receipt must be returned prior to refund processing.
  • Refunds shall not be permitted once a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
  • International donations may require additional processing time.
